Does it cost anything to host?
Hosting a single meetup is free. Multi-day rally hosting — schedules, per-day stops, and attached routes across days — is part of VIP.
Can I charge for my event?
Yes. Turn on paid registration and set your ticket prices, add-ons, and promo codes. Payments go straight to your own Stripe account — Road & Rally charges a small flat fee per ticket and never takes a percentage of your sales. Prefer to keep it free? Just use RSVPs.
How do people find my event?
It surfaces in Discover → Events for drivers near you, and you get a share link that opens on the web and in the app.
Can I control who joins?
Yes. Keep it open to everyone, or make it private and approve each request before they're in.
Do attendees need the app?
Anyone can view your event page and details on the web. To RSVP, navigate the route, and roll in the convoy, they use the free app.
